Common questions

How many times do I travel to Portugal?

Once, for the procedure itself, usually around a week. Everything else happens online or in London.

How much does it cost?

Your first video consultation is €120. A complete IVF or ICSI cycle is €6,900, including embryo freezing and transfer. See the full price list above. Medication and London scans are not included, and you will receive a written quote before committing to anything.

When should I seek help?

After 12 months of trying if you're under 35, or about six months if you're 35 or over. Sooner with irregular periods, endometriosis or a known fertility issue.

Who regulates my care?

London Pregnancy Clinic is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Treatment in Lisbon follows Portuguese law on assisted reproduction. [Confirm wording with both clinics]
