This website, the UK Programme of MR Fertility Global led by Dr Miguel Raimundo, is an online platform owned by CARECONNECT – HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS & SERVICE, UNIPESSOAL LDA, with registered office at Rua Romão Ramalho, 33, 7000-671 Évora, Portugal, registered with the Commercial Registry under NIPC 517645815, and registered with the Portuguese Health Regulation Authority (ERS) under no. 176294.
As a user of our website, Dr Miguel Raimundo would like to give you some important information about how your personal data is processed.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we ask for your name, email address and, optionally, your mobile number and the treatment you are interested in.
This data is collected so that you can use our services, use our website, or when you contact us, namely to reply to your enquiry and arrange your video consultation.
Marketing communications
If you consent to receiving marketing communications, CARECONNECT – HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS & SERVICE, UNIPESSOAL LDA may send you information and newsletters by email or SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing geral@miguelraimundo.pt with the description "remove from database".
Your consent
On the consultation request form, we ask you to read this Privacy Policy and to confirm that you have read and agree to it, with the statement: "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and I authorise the use of my data to be contacted."
Who has access to your data
Your personal data is only accessed by entities whose collaboration is essential to provide the services you request, namely IT companies and media agencies. Within the UK Programme, your contact details may also be shared with London Pregnancy Clinic, solely to coordinate the scans and tests that form part of your care in London.
How long we keep your data
Unless there is a specific legal requirement, your data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or provided, or until you tell us otherwise.
Your rights
As the data subject, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure, object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing geral@miguelraimundo.pt.

Legal framework
CARECONNECT – HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS & SERVICE, UNIPESSOAL LDA follows best practice in data security and protection. Personal data is processed in strict compliance with data protection law, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, in force since 25 May 2018 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR), and any legislation that regulates, adds to or replaces it. For patients in the United Kingdom, processing also complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Because our clinic is in Portugal and the UK Programme serves patients in the UK, your data may be transferred between the United Kingdom and Portugal. These transfers are carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the GDPR.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
CARECONNECT – HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS & SERVICE, UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically and whenever justified. We will notify any changes through the contact details you have provided. After that notice, the changes are considered accepted.
Cookies

This website uses a single technical session cookie, which is strictly necessary to protect the contact form against misuse. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
